When placing & fulfilling an order through our e-boutique it constitutes as an acknowledgement to the below information.
All pricing is shown in either AUD or US (Hayley need to clarify this with the add on?)
All charges are inclusive of GST.
Our e-boutique system is through Paypal and Afterpay secure and protected means for money exchange.
If choosing to pay via Afterpay, Afterpay handles all customer payments including any fees that may occur due to late payment. Jessica Bratich is not liable for any fees that occur due to late payment to Afterpay.
TAX & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duty, import fees and taxes. Any fees or taxes are dependent on each individual countries policies and are not payable by Jessica Bratich.
Stock is limited. Should an item run out before your order is processed we will contact you within 48 hours.
We Ship within 48 hours of your order being received.
Please note item prices do not include shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated at the check out. All parcels sent within Australia are sent by Sendle and require a physical address (no PO Boxes) . All international orders are sent via Australia Post.
If you do not receive your item within the expected time frame please contact us immediately.
we endeavour to describe and represent our products accurately so please choose carefully as products cannot be returned because of change of mind or a wrong decision on your behalf.
We endeavour to quality check all items before shipping however if some reason you find a fault on delivery please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. Please state your name, order date and number and provide us with photographs and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
Customers are responsible for postage return to Jessica Bratich however return to the customer will be the responsibility of Jessica Bratich. Once we have received the returned item, we will email you within 72 hours.
All returned items with fault on delivery must be placed in their original packaging with tags attached and accompanied with your name, email address and original receipt.
If you have a problem with a fault within 3 months of using your Jessica Bratich product please contact us by emailing us with photographs and we are happy to discuss this further with you.
We recommend that all returns/exchanges are shipped through tracked and insured means as we unfortunately do not accept liability for goods if they become lost or damaged in transit.
All sale items are final sale and therefore are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
